紙箱耐壓強度是許多商品包裝要求的重要的質量指標,測試時將瓦楞紙箱放在兩壓板之間,加壓至紙箱壓潰時的壓力,即為紙箱耐壓強度,用KN表示。
預定紙箱耐壓強度
紙箱要求有一定的耐壓強度,是因為包裝商品后在貯運過程中堆碼在低層的紙箱受到上部紙箱的壓力,為了不至于壓塌,必須具有合適的抗壓強度,紙箱的耐壓強度用下列公式計算:

W----紙箱裝貨后重量,N
n----堆碼層數
K----堆碼安全系數
堆碼層數n根據堆碼高度H與單個紙箱高度h求出,n=H/h
堆碼安全系數根據貨物堆碼的層數來確定,國標規(guī)定:
貯存期小于30d取K=1.6
貯存期30d-100d取K=1.65
貯存期大于100d取K=2.0

If the storage period is less than 30d, k=1.6
Storage period: 30d-100d, k=1.65
