紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法
紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)主要用于各種包裝體和紙箱的抗壓強(qiáng)度，以防止產(chǎn)品在使用、搬運(yùn)、堆放、儲存和運(yùn)輸過程中因各種包裝體強(qiáng)度不足而變形和損壞。也可用于堆疊測試。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可作為工廠堆放成品包裝箱高度的重要參考，紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度要求如下：
1、 紙箱外觀質(zhì)量：
1、密封質(zhì)量：箱體四周無滲漏，箱蓋合上后無錯(cuò)縫、分縫；
2、尺寸公差：箱體內(nèi)徑與設(shè)計(jì)尺寸的公差，大箱體在±5mm以內(nèi)，小箱體在±3mm以內(nèi)，外形尺寸基本相同；
3、印刷質(zhì)量：圖案、字跡印刷清晰，色度一致，明亮明亮；大盒印刷位置誤差不超過7mm，小盒印刷位置誤差不超過4mm；
4、蓋的折疊次數(shù)：瓦楞紙箱擺動(dòng)蓋通過180度的開閉前后折疊5次以上，一、二類箱的表層、內(nèi)層和內(nèi)層裂紋總長度不大于70mm；
此外，接縫應(yīng)規(guī)范，邊緣應(yīng)整齊，無重疊角，箱體表面應(yīng)無明顯損壞或污漬

2. Dimensional tolerance: the tolerance between the inner diameter of the box and the design dimension shall be kept within ± 5mm for the large box and ± 3mm for the small box, and the overall dimension is basically the same;
3. Printing quality: the pattern and handwriting are printed clearly, with consistent chromaticity, bright and bright; The printing position error shall not exceed 7mm for large boxes and 4mm for small boxes;
4. Fold times of cover: the corrugated box swing cover is folded back and forth for more than 5 times through 180 degrees of opening and closing, and the total length of cracks in the surface layer, inner layer and inner layer of class I and class II boxes shall not be greater than 70mm;
