紙箱是應(yīng)用最廣泛的包裝制品,按用料不同,有瓦楞紙箱、單層紙板箱等,有各種規(guī)格和型號(hào)。
紙箱常用的有三層、五層,七層使用較少,各層分為里紙、瓦楞紙、芯紙、面紙,里、面紙有茶板紙、牛皮紙,芯紙用瓦楞紙,各種紙的顏色和手感都不一樣,不同廠家生產(chǎn)的紙(顏色、手感)也不一樣。
瓦楞紙板是由面紙、里紙、芯紙和加工成波形瓦楞的瓦楞紙通過(guò)粘合而成。根據(jù)商品包裝的需求,瓦楞紙板可以加工成單面瓦楞紙板、三層瓦楞紙板、五層、七層、十一層等瓦楞紙板。
不同波紋形狀的瓦楞,粘結(jié)成的瓦楞紙板的功能也有所不同。即使使用同樣質(zhì)量的面紙和里紙,由于楞形的差異,構(gòu)成的瓦楞紙板的性能也有一定區(qū)別。國(guó)際上通用的瓦楞楞形分為四種,它們分別是A型楞、C型楞、B型楞和E型楞。它們的技術(shù)指標(biāo)和要求見(jiàn)表一。A型楞制成的瓦楞紙板具有較好的緩沖性,富有一定的彈性,C型楞較A型楞次之。但挺度和抗沖擊性優(yōu)于A型楞;B型楞排列密度大,制成的瓦楞紙板表面平整,承壓力高,適于印刷;E型楞由于薄而密,更呈現(xiàn)了它的剛強(qiáng)度。

There are three or five layers commonly used in cartons, and seven layers are rarely used. Each layer is divided into lining paper, corrugated paper, core paper and face paper. Lining paper and face paper include tea board paper, kraft paper, and core paper use corrugated paper. The colors and hand feel of various papers are different, and the paper (color and hand feel) produced by different manufacturers are also different.
Corrugated board is made of face paper, lining paper, core paper and corrugated paper processed into corrugated wave by bonding. According to the demand of commodity packaging, corrugated board can be processed into single-sided corrugated board, three-layer corrugated board, five layer, seven layer and eleven layer corrugated board.
The corrugated board with different corrugated shapes has different functions. Even if the same quality of face paper and lining paper are used, due to the difference of corrugated shape, the performance of the corrugated board is also different. There are four types of corrugating shapes commonly used in the world. They are type A, type C, type B and type E. See Table 1 for their technical indicators and requirements. Corrugated board made of A-type corrugated board has good cushioning and certain elasticity, and C-type corrugated board is less than A-type corrugated board. But the stiffness and impact resistance are better than those of A-type ridge; The B-type corrugated board has a large arrangement density, and the corrugated board has a flat surface and high bearing pressure, which is suitable for printing; Because the E-shaped ridge is thin and dense, it shows its rigidity and strength.
