危包證是“出入境危險貨物運輸包裝使用鑒定結果單”的簡稱，按規(guī)定是由生產(chǎn)廠家所在屬地的檢驗檢疫部門簽發(fā)，使用統(tǒng)一的文本格式，廠家在出口申報時必須提供該鑒定結果單的正本。
出入境危險貨物運輸包裝使用鑒定結果單，主要的內(nèi)容有：編號，申請人，使用人，包裝容器名稱及規(guī)格，包裝類型，容器性能的檢驗編號，容器標記及批號，運輸方式，危險貨物名稱（中/英文），危險貨物類型，UN編號，危險貨物狀態(tài)，危險貨物密度，報檢包裝數(shù)量，單件容量，單件毛重，單件凈重，危險貨物灌裝日期，檢驗依據(jù)，鑒定結果，本結果單有效期，分批出境核銷欄，條形碼，以及檢驗檢疫部門人員的簽字和公章。
危包證的有效期為簽發(fā)后的12個月內(nèi)有效（但不超過性能單的有效期為上限），并在“本結果單有效期”中注明。
