新型印刷制箱方式New printing box making method

1.塑料凹印復合紙箱工藝 采用單面瓦楞生產(chǎn)線時,若面紙印刷完成后還需要覆亮光膜,且生產(chǎn)批量較大,則可以不在面紙上印刷,而用凹印方式在塑料薄膜上完成凹印里印,且加上白底,然后將印刷好的塑料薄膜與面紙先復合,再按常規(guī)紙箱成型工藝完成制箱。這種工藝的特點是: 紙箱制作成本低 當生產(chǎn)批量較大時,此種工藝可以大大降低面紙的印刷成本和面紙的材料成本。因為面紙不需要印刷,因而可以采用非涂布白板紙,從而使面紙成本大大降低。 印刷精美。因為采用的是塑料凹印,所以印刷效果可與膠印效果相媲美。采用該工藝需要特別注意的是,在制版印刷時,要充分考慮塑料薄膜的尺寸變化與變形;否則,紙箱面紙就會與下層紙板對不齊。 2.銅版紙凹印復合紙箱工藝 當生產(chǎn)批量比較大,不需要覆膜,且要求印刷效果好、成本低時,就可采用此工藝。該工藝是先用紙張凹印機印刷較薄的銅版紙,然后將此印刷精美的銅版紙與普通渣板紙或箱板紙復合,整體作為紙箱面紙,再進行對裱和正常的紙箱成型加工。這種工藝的特點是: 紙箱制作成本低。成本降低的主要原因在于將白板紙改為低克重的銅版紙與廉價的箱板紙復合,降低了材料成本。 印刷精美。紙張凹印的印刷效果非常精美。 凹印制版比較復雜,且成本高,不適合印刷經(jīng)常改版的紙箱產(chǎn)品。 印刷廠對面紙復合、制箱等工藝過程的操作和控制方法要仔細摸索,不斷積累,合理實施,否則很容易導致廢品率升高。 3.直接膠印瓦楞紙箱工藝 瓦楞紙箱直接膠印工藝目前在國外已經(jīng)比較成熟,它是將瓦楞紙板直接在特殊的膠印機上進行印刷。適于加工薄型瓦楞紙箱。 該工藝既能保證紙箱的成型性好,又能完成精美的面紙印刷,但所采用的印刷機價格比較昂貴,目前與我國的需求標準還不太相適應,不適合紙箱業(yè)在近期內(nèi)采用,但是今后幾年,該工藝可能會成為我國高檔紙箱印刷新的發(fā)展方向。 4.柔印預印和凹印預印瓦楞紙箱工藝 今年來發(fā)展比較快,這兩種工藝都是先以卷筒紙方式印刷面紙,然后在全自動瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線上完成瓦楞紙板的制作。紙箱的印刷質(zhì)量和成型質(zhì)量都比較高,但投資比較大,也不適于小批量生產(chǎn)。 在國內(nèi)紙箱行業(yè),三種常規(guī)的瓦楞紙箱印刷方式應用都比較普遍,成為目前瓦楞紙箱印刷的主流方式。而新型的印刷制箱方式,由于設備、材料、工藝、操作等技術(shù)的熱點尚未被完全掌握,投資也比較大,推廣難度目前還比較大。但紙箱企業(yè)為了提高品位,降低紙箱的總成本,獲取最大的利潤,增加在市場中的競爭優(yōu)勢,采用新型的印刷制箱工藝勢在必行。
