瓦楞紙板的加工工藝主要分為兩類,即全自動瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)工藝和半自動瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)工藝。全自動瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)工藝應用得比較廣泛,具有生產(chǎn)批量大、紙箱成型體積較大、楞型質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點。該工藝生產(chǎn)出來的瓦楞紙板,通常是通過水性印刷、開槽、粘糊、成型等工序制成紙箱的。以這種工藝生產(chǎn)出的紙箱主要用做運輸包裝。半自動瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)工藝是先印刷面紙,再與瓦楞芯紙、紙板進行裱合。該工藝生產(chǎn)出來的瓦楞紙板,常規(guī)采用模切壓痕、粘釘?shù)裙ば虺上?。該工藝生產(chǎn)出的紙箱成型質(zhì)量好、表面處理效果好。以這種工藝生產(chǎn)出的紙箱可用做銷售包裝。 常規(guī)紙箱印刷方式主要有柔印、膠印和網(wǎng)印三種 1.柔性版印刷 瓦楞紙箱常規(guī)的柔性版印刷瓦楞紙箱工藝是直接在瓦楞紙板上進行印刷,使用的是水基油墨,因此也有人將該工藝稱為水印。柔性版直接印刷具有如下特點: 幅面大。寬幅的柔性版印刷機最大幅寬可達到2.5m~2.8m。 價格低。柔性版耐印力很高,可重復使用;油墨價格也較低。 可以聯(lián)動生產(chǎn),如印刷、開槽、壓痕、訂箱、打捆等一機即可完成。 紙箱強度降低比較少。由于柔印是輕壓印刷,所以對瓦楞紙板的強度影響很小。 印刷精度不高,常規(guī)膠印加網(wǎng)線數(shù)為175線/英寸,而柔印紙箱常規(guī)加網(wǎng)線數(shù)字為35線/英寸~65線/英寸,屬于低精度印刷方式,最適合印刷文字線條稿,四色圖像印刷質(zhì)量近年來雖有提高,但仍有局限。 制版有易有難,文字線條稿制版容易,四色圖像制版難度較大。 印刷品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性不好,主要體現(xiàn)為印刷墨色深淺不易控制。柔性版直接印刷工藝適用于第一類紙箱生產(chǎn)工藝過程,目前在我國的紙箱廠中應用很廣泛。 2.膠印印刷 瓦楞紙箱常規(guī)膠印印刷瓦楞紙箱采用的是間接印刷方式,即先印刷紙箱面紙,再將印好的面紙裱貼到瓦楞紙板上。 由于PS版的分辨率比較高,所以可以印刷出非常精細的印刷圖案。目前,我國用于銷售包裝的高檔瓦楞紙箱絕大多數(shù)都為膠印產(chǎn)品。膠印印刷瓦楞紙箱具有如下特點: 不適合采用紙板聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)線,僅適合采用單面瓦楞機,生產(chǎn)效率較低。 幅面有限,一般比柔印紙箱幅面小。 印刷產(chǎn)品非常精細,加網(wǎng)線數(shù)可以達到150線/英寸~200線/英寸。 制版容易,為PS版常規(guī)制版。 可以進行表面整飾,如覆膜、上光等。 印刷成本高。 印刷品質(zhì)比較穩(wěn)定。 3.絲網(wǎng)印別瓦楞紙箱 絲網(wǎng)印刷瓦楞紙箱工藝采用的是直接印刷方式。由于絲網(wǎng)版的下墨率與絲網(wǎng)的孔距成正比,所以,絲網(wǎng)印刷的分辨率不高,圖像精度低,常規(guī)加網(wǎng)線數(shù)為60線/英寸~80線/英寸。絲網(wǎng)印刷瓦楞紙箱具有如下特點: 不適合聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)線,生產(chǎn)效率低。 印刷幅面可大可小。 可在對裱、成箱前完成印刷,也可在對裱、成箱后進行印刷。 適合印刷非精細產(chǎn)品。絲網(wǎng)印刷的墨色厚實,所以其顏色飽和度高,視覺效果強烈,尤其是專色印刷的實地、效果更佳。 制版容易,制版成本低。印刷成本低。 印刷品質(zhì)比較穩(wěn)定。
